Definitions
“Organization”: Gorecht Events V.O.F., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 88169022, with its statutory seat in Groningen, and also includes the (legal) persons responsible for organizing an Event on its behalf.
“Event”: any activity organized by the Organization, including music festivals, catering, and all related activities in the broadest sense of the word.
“Visitor”: any (legal) person who has purchased or received a valid admission ticket for an Event organized by the Organization, and any person who wishes to gain access to an Event with a valid admission ticket.
“Ticket”: a (digital) document or barcode provided by or on behalf of the Organization, enabling the Visitor to gain access to a specifically designated Event.
Tickets. 1.1 Access to the Event is only permitted for individuals with a valid Ticket. 1.2 The Organization reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or block Tickets in case of fraud, forgery, or violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
Age restrictions. 2.1 Access to the Event is only permitted for individuals who have reached the legal age of 18 or older. 2.2 Identification may be required at the entrance in case of doubt. If the Visitor does not meet the age requirements, access to the Event may be denied without the right to a Ticket refund.
Zero tolerance. 3.1 The Organization enforces a zero tolerance policy. The use and sale of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate expulsion and notification to the police.
Smoking. 4.1 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas at the event location.
Consumptions. 5.1 Bringing personal consumptions to the Event is prohibited. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue for the Visitor.
Photography and recording. 6.1 Taking photos or videos without permission from the Organization is not allowed. Professional photo and video cameras are not permitted without prior approval from the Organization. 6.2 Photography and recordings will be taken by the Organization or authorized third parties during the Event. By attending the Event, the Visitor grants the Organization the right to use their image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, without any compensation or further approval required.
Cancellation and changes. 7.1 The Organization reserves the right to cancel, modify, or relocate an Event. 7.2 In the event of cancellation, the Organization may offer an alternative date or provide a refund of the ticket price. The Organization shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from the cancellation, modification, or relocation.
Liability. 8.1 The Organization is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or theft of the Visitor’s property during the Event. 8.2 The Organization is not responsible for changes to the lineup, venue, or other aspects of the Event beyond its control.
Conduct. 9.1 The Organization reserves the right to remove individuals who misbehave or pose a threat to the safety of others, without refunding the ticket price.
Health. 10.1 The Organization shall not be held liable for any health issues, injuries, or accidents that occur during the Event.
Miscellaneous. 11.1 By purchasing a Ticket and attending the Event, the Visitor agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. 11.2 Disputes will be resolved according to Dutch law.
